What we cannot help with
We are not Molslinjen, and this is not the official website of any carrier. That means we cannot:
- find, change, refund or cancel a booking
- tell you whether a specific sailing has space
- deal with a delay, a missed sailing or a complaint about the crossing
All of those go to the operator you booked with. If you booked through a comparison site, the booking sits with them and they are the first place to ask.
